Wednesday, January 24, 2007 ( Canoe & Clean! @ 5:32 PM ) We're a group of I&E (community) students currently collaborating with Singapore Canoe Federation & PUB to launch Sungei Ulu Pandan River (at Clementi) in March for water sports - canoeing. We're recruiting 50 NP students to take part in the event on the actual day as canoeist ^ to canoe up the river to ensure the cleanliness of the river. We will be using 2 seater open-top canoes. Life jacket provided! (Not to worry! Haha!) After our duty, we will be able to take part in other activities (refer to event highlights). You will not have to bear any fee! CCA points* awarded! The actual one-day event will be anytime of the 1st 3 weekends of March. (ie. 3/4/10/11/17/18 March ). Thus do reply us if you're interested in joining us with the dates you will be available . We will get back to you once we have confirm the date of the event. ^ You don't need to own a canoe certificate to join us!
